Mark Fioravanti is an executive vice president of Gaylord Entertainment and president of ResortQuest. Fioravanti assumed this role in March 2004.
Prior to assuming these duties Fioravanti was senior vice president of marketing and led the Company's continuing development and marketing of Gaylord Entertainment's brands including Gaylord Hotels ResortQuest and the Grand Ole Opry. As the head of marketing Fioravanti’s responsibities included brand marketing and development direct marketing consumer research and strategic alliances.
Fioravanti has more than 16 years' experience in the hospitality casino entertainment and real estate industries. He joined Gaylord in November 2002 from Harrah's Entertainment where he spent the previous nine years. He was most recently with Harrah's New Orleans as vice president of finance and administration. His other roles included corporate director of strategic planning and director of market planning and strategy.
Fioravanti graduated from The Ohio State University where he earned his bachelor of science degree. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee.
