Mark Fidelman combines 20 years of experience working in the financial services industry with six years of transfer pricing consulting. Since 1999, Mr. Fidelman’s primary practice has been in the economics of intercompany pricing to financial services firms. His specializations include reinsurance transfer pricing, allocation of income between locations involved in the trading of financial instruments, compensation to capital for company and loan guarantees, and establishing premiums for self-insurance transactions. He has also been involved in every phase of the Advanced Pricing Agreement process. Prior to joining The Ballentine Barbera Group, Mr. Fidelman was senior manager in the New York office of KPMG. His insurance and reinsurance work experience encompassed primary, facultative and treaty reinsurance underwriting, reinsurance broker and underwriting consulting, and treaty reinsurance account management. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate of Reinsurance designations. |
