Mark supervises the firm's accounting and auditing division, and oversees financial statement compilations, reviews and audit as well as tax compliance requirements for privately held companies. He provides services to a wide range of industries that include manufacturing, technology, wholesale distribution, construction, professional services, and moving, storage and warehousing, food service and home improvement. As a certified valuation analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Mark serves a key role in the Consulting Division of Caras and Shulman (CSCG) with a primary focus on business valuations, advisory services, negotiations and quality control. He is also responsible for staff development and training, as well as the creation, development and maintenance of internal quality-control policies to support an unqualified opinion for AICPA peer reviews. Mark is a graduate of Salem State College, a licensed certified public accountant, and a certified valuation analyst.
