Mark is Director of Engineering at NTRU with responsibility for product development and testing. Before joining NTRU, he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories for 21 years. He has extensive experience in software and firmware development for secure communications equipment and the implementation of security protocols and optimized cryptographic algorithms for constrained, embedded devices. At NTRU Mark has led consulting projects, including the development of a cryptographic library for Microchip, and has performed security analysis for Microsoft and DSRC (Dedicated Short-Range Communications). He headed the development of the NTRU GenuID product, and manages the development team for the NTRU Core TSS, ensuring interoperability with multiple vendors' TPMs. Mark has several patents for mobile phone security and has published papers in cryptography and digital signal processing. He holds a B.S. with Honors from Carnegie-Mellon University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in Electrical Engineering. |
