Mr. Entwistle was an Ambassador for Canada in the Caribbean from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Entwistle was previously a career diplomat with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in a variety of embassy positions from 1982 to 1997, and served as Press Secretary and Director of Communications to the Prime Minister of Canada from 1991-1993.
