Mark Demilio is Chief Financial Officer of Magellan Health Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: MGLN, news), responsible for all of Magellan's financial matters, including financial strategy, reporting and support of operations. Previously, he served as the Company's Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Magellan, Demilio served as Chief Financial Officer, as well as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel for Youth Services International, Inc. He was a partner at the Baltimore law firm of Miles & Stockbridge, prior to which he worked for several years as an attorney with Piper & Marbury law firm. His background also includes work as a financial analyst for BlueCross BlueShield of Maryland (now, CareFirst) and a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law and a Bachelors of Science in accounting from Villanova University. |
