Mark Czepiel, an Eyespot Director, is Director of Finance at Medsphere Systems Corporation. Prior to Medsphere, Mark was a partner at Top Tier Investments, an early-stage Venture Capital Firm which focused on unique opportunities in the semiconductor and communications sectors.Before joining Top Tier, Mark spent four years with Sybase, Inc., most recently as the Director of Finance for its Business Intelligence division. In this role, Mark was responsible for the finance, planning & corporate development activities for one of Sybase's fastest growing divisions. Prior to Sybase, Mark was with the New York office of NatWest Markets, the investment banking arm of National Westminster Bank, Plc.Mark earned a BA in economics from Loyola University of Chicago and an MBA in finance and accounting from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. At USC Mark was elected class Vice President and was one of 12 students admitted to the Seminar in Applied Portfolio Management in which he co-managed a portion of the University's equity portfolio. |
