Mark Czarniecki is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department of Chapman and Cutler LLP. Mr. Czarniecki participated in the firm's summer associate program in 2004 and joined the firm in 2005. Mr. Czarniecki’s experience includes the representation of investment companies. His primary practice focuses on the organization, federal registration, primary and secondary market offerings and continuing compliance obligations of unit investment trusts, mutual funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds. Mr. Czarniecki is also a member of the firm’s Associates Committee. |
