Mr. Cohen serves as President of Ntelicor. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1986 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. (highest distinction) in International Relations in 1983. He practiced international trade and immigration law prior to launching Ntelicor in 1998. |
