Mark Cairns is Yellow Book's Chief Publishing Officer. Leading publishing, distribution and customer services, Mark is responsible for all aspects associated with delivering high quality Yellow Book products across the country. He joined Yellow Book in 2000 from Yellow Book's sister company Yell in the United Kingdom, where he was responsible for all customer facing activities as head of customer services. Prior to joining Yell nearly twenty-five years ago, Mark worked in the automotive industry, holding key positions with the Ford Motor Company and Volvo. Based out of Yellow Book's corporate office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Mark received a BA with honors in Economics from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom, and served in the Royal Navy. |
