Mark Bronson, Vice President, is a transfer pricing expert with a thorough understanding of the many disciplines, both theoretical and applied, that underlie transfer pricing (e.g., finance, accounting, and economics). Mr. Bronson has twelve years of transfer pricing experience, working as a consultant and an APA program economist; he has a particular expertise in the areas of planning analysis, documentation preparation, and controversy resolution in the automotive, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Bronson was a program analyst in the IRS APA Program, and before that, he was a senior manager in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Transfer Pricing Tax Services Group. |
