Within financial services, Mark has particular expertise in the non-banked and under-banked market, a large and growing market segment covering a wide range of economic and ethnic customer segments. Since 2000, he has been working with healthcare companies, helping major payors and providers gain deeper insights into industry dynamics, long-term patient trends, doctor choices, and consumer choice to maximize performance of their businesses. Before joining Stax in 1995, Mark was a consultant with CDI, working with clients in financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
