Mr. Bonham is a shareholder at Ray Quinney & Nebeker in the firm's Corporate Section and leads The Venture Practice at RQN. Mr. Bonham recently joined the firm after 20 years with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mr. Bonham's practice focuses on the formation and financing of new, technology-based businesses; venture capital transactions; the ongoing representation of corporate entities in the software, electronics, telecommunications, life sciences, and general technology industries; and complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings on behalf of both companies and investment banks, and strategic relationships. He counsels companies on financing, SEC compliance, buying and selling companies, equity compensation, technology licensing, structuring of transactions, and basic corporate and securities matters.
Mr. Bonham has participated in more than 75 merger and acquisition transactions and public offerings valued at an aggregate of more than $10 billion. He has lectured on securities law topics for a number of MCLE-approved seminars and for Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark School of Law and Marriott School of Business. Mr. Bonham has been included on the list of The Best Lawyers in America and was named to "Band 1" in Chambers USA: America's Top Business Lawyers in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Bonham maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics. He has also been voted by his peers throughout the state as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" (as published in Utah Business Magazine). |
