Mr. Bolding actively serves as Executive Vice President of the company with responsibility for matters related to corporate administration. Mr. Bolding, 48, co-founded The Bishop Group, LTD in 1986. During his tenure with the Kansas City-based energy services company, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the engineering and construction affiliate, The Bishop Corporation. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of the interstate natural gas pipeline affiliate, Kansas Pipeline Company. Mr. Bolding joined P.A.C.E. Engineering, Inc. in 1999 as a shareholder where he served in an active role as Chief Financial Officer. He co-founded Clear Creek Natural Gas, LLC in 2003 where he actively served in the capacity of Secretary / Treasurer. |
