Mark Bergner is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mark focuses his practice on patent prosecution, patent opinions, licensing, client portfolio management, and litigation support in the fields of electronics, mechanics, computers, and business methods. He is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademarks Office.
Mark also has been involved in numerous pro bono projects, including a political asylum case, a prisoner parole project and ongoing mediations with the Center for Conflict Resolution.
In General. Mark earned his J.D. cum laude from St. Louis University, where he was an editor for the St. Louis University Law Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in electrical engineering and his master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, both from the University of Missouri. Before law school, Mark worked as an electrical engineer for 14 years at Boeing (formerly McDonnell Douglas). |
