Mark owns all things technical at Fluid. Server-side and client-side software development to network. Systems architecture. Our internal technical team. In day-to-day company management he is essential. Mark's camper van has full Internet access. Need we say anything else?
Mark brings 10 years of Internet development experience to the table. He and his team are integral to all of Fluid's projects. The details on the server-side: Java. C/C++. Perl. PHP. RDBMS. Application Servers. Network architecture. Wireless deployment. Systems design. On the client-side: Dynamic HTML. JavaScript. CSS. Flash and multimedia technologies. A list that allows our clients to succeed. Not on the list? It's highly likely he can make it happen.
Mark began his career at Silicon Graphics where he led that companies first formal web efforts. He was at the forefront of website and web product development for SGI, SGI Studio and StudioLive 2.0. In 1994 he left to found Fluid. We're quite fond of this decision.
Snowboarding, backpacking, woodworking and fly-fishing fill Mark's off-work hours. So do electrical experiments. He collects obscure Scrabble games and vintage wiffle ball bats in order to complement his technical side. Mark holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
