Mark Begert served as our Chief Financial Officer from April 2001 when our affiliated business division, which focused on wireless data software, was spun-off to a newly established holding company, Intrinsic Technology, until May 2005. He has served on our board since September 2005. Mr. Begert is a partner of Future Energy Assets, LP. Previously, he managed the corporate finance, investor relations and corporate communications departments of Intrinsic Technology from May 2000 to April 2001. From June 1994 until May 2000, Mr. Begert was a Vice President and manager in the fixed income capital markets group of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Begert currently serves on the board of directors of ChinaEdu. Mr. Begert graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. |
