Mark Becker brings over 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry. As Interim CFO for both Telasic Communications, Inc. in El Segundo, Calif. and u-Nav Microelectronics, Inc. in Irvine, Calif., Becker was deeply involved in reducing the operating expenses of each company, reducing cash consumption and also actively participating in equity fund raising efforts. He also served as vice president and chief financial officer for Transdimension, Inc. in Irvine, Calif and Jazz Semiconductor, Inc. in Newport Beach, Calif. While at Jazz Semiconductor, Becker was promoted from Conexant to lead a team of 20 employees including finance, legal and information systems. In this role, he as responsible for the development and implantation of the overall finance infrastructure and strategy. He was also responsible for the 2004 S-1 public registration filing by Jazz Semiconductor. Becker a holds a bachelor of arts in Accounting and Political Science from American University and a master of business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a certified public accountant. |
