Mark began his career with the Casual Male in 1994 when he joined Fayva Shoes as a District Sales Manager in New Jersey. Between 1995 and 2002 Mark held District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager positions with Parade of Shoes and Work N Gear. In January 1992 Mark was promoted to Zone Vice President. In December 2005 Mark was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President Director of Store Sales and Operations. Mark has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Fairfield University. |
