Mark Andrews, our chairman of the board and chief executive officer, founded our predecessor company, Great Spirits Company LLC, in 1998 and served as its chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer from its inception until December 2003. Mr. Andrews has served as our chief executive officer and chairman of the board since December 2003 and served as our president from December 2003 until November 2005. Prior to founding our predecessor, Mr. Andrews founded American Exploration Company, a company engaged in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas, in 1980. He oversaw that company becoming publicly traded in 1983 and served as its chairman and chief executive officer until its merger with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp. in October 1997. In addition, Mr. Andrews serves as a life trustee of The New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Mr. Andrews received a bachelor of arts from Harvard College in 1972 and a masters of business administration from Harvard Business School in 1975.
