Mark Peterson is Vice President and Treasurer at Cincinnati Bell Inc. His responsibilities include: cash management, balance sheet management, financing, bank and investment bank management, debt investor relations, risk management, pension administration and investments. He reports to Brian Ross, the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Peterson was vice president and assistant treasurer of Sprint where he managed North American treasury operations. While at Sprint he consolidated more than $11 billion in financing for various Sprint ventures.
Prior to joining Sprint, Mr. Peterson spent 18 years in banking, investment banking, risk management and treasury positions with Continental Bank, First City National Bank of Houston, Enron Corporation and KPMG Peat Marwick.
He is on the board of directors of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and was Treasurer of that organization for 2004-05.
Mr. Peterson earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and has served on various boards of the college
