Mr. Flynn formed Trilogy Capital Partners in 1997. Previously he was a Director with Salomon Brothers in San Francisco and was responsible for that firm's software and Internet global investment banking activities. Prior to Salomon Brothers, Mr. Flynn was a General Partner at Volpe, Welty and Company, a San Francisco-based investment bank targeting emerging growth companies. At Volpe, he was responsible for all software and communications investment banking activities. At Arthur Young & Company, Mr. Flynn worked in the National High Technology Practice, as well as the accounting and consulting practice groups, and completed the CPA requirements.
Mr. Flynn has been responsible for identifying, structuring and negotiating financing and merger transactions for over 75 transactions primarily in the information technology sector.
Mr. Flynn serves on the Board of six privately held companies and is a member of the Board of Regents of Saint John's University. He is a graduate of Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota (BA in 1978), and Harvard Business School (MBA in 1984). |
