Firm Position Mark is a partner in the Tax Services Group and is located in the Harrisburg office. Professional Experience An experienced tax practitioner with more than 26 years of experience, 14 of which were with Big Four firms prior to joining bmc in 2001. Mark is an active member of our firm's Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Group. He specializes in the taxation of corporations and partnerships and has extensive experience with tax accounting methods and with the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. His broad base of expertise includes S corporation and multi-state taxation, as well as consolidated returns and international tax issues. He also has considerable experience with representation before and requesting rulings from the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. He serves clients in a variety of industries.
