Mark T. Sigona serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a role he held since the Bank's inception before being promoted to his current position in November 2004. Before joining Signature Bank, Sigona was a Senior Vice President and head of the Accounting Services Division of the Finance Group at Republic National Bank, which he joined in March 1989. At Republic National Bank, Sigona held numerous positions, including First Vice President of the Finance Division and Internal Audit Manager. Previously, Sigona was a Supervising Senior accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick. |
