Mark T. Hurford joined the Wilmington office of Campbell & Levine in 2002.
Mr. Hurford practices in the areas of general bankruptcy litigation, bankruptcy reorganization and creditors' rights. He represents secured and unsecured creditors and creditors' committees. Mr. Hurford also represents creditors in adversary matters.
Mr. Hurford also has extensive experience in general civil litigation in the prosecution and defense of extra-contractual insurance claims, as well as products liability and personal injury matters.
In 1994, Mr. Hurford earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Harrington Inn Honor Chapter of Phi Delta Phi. While at Widener, Mr. Hurford was on the Dean's Honors List and was a recipient of the Certificate of Achievement, formerly known as the American Jurisprudence Award. During 1994, Mr. Hurford served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jack B. Jacobs of the Delaware Court of Chancery. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Delaware and New Jersey . Mr. Hurford received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 1987. |
