Currently Mr. Hornsby serves as Managing Director of Paradigm Aerospace, LLC which provides strategic consulting and financing services to aerospace and defense concerns. Through Paradigm, Mr. Hornsby is under contract to provide a range of financing and corporate development services to Global Ship Systems. He also serves as a Managing Director for The RiverHawk Group LLC, a middle market merchant banking firm that he co-founded in 1996. Mr. Hornsby's experience includes having served as the Director of Special Projects for River Capital, one of the oldest private equity firms in the Southeast. Mr. Hornsby also spent six years in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring/ Reorganization Groups at Ernst & Young LLP. To date, Mr. Hornsby has managed or significantly participated in over sixty M&A and financing transactions as well as numerous strategic planning projects. Mr. Hornsby has a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. |
