Mark T. Hayden As a trial attorney for more than 20 years, Mark has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters. He has extensive jury and bench trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts. Mark has concentrated his trial practice on business disputes, product liability, securities litigation and insurance coverage. Mark has been recognized for his litigation skills as a "2007 Ohio Super Lawyer" and "2007 Cincinnati Leading Lawyer." In addition, Mark is active in civic affairs as an elected Campbell County Commissioner, Board Member at Covington Catholic High School and a Catholic Lay Pastoral Minister.
