Mark Grossman has handled many complex commercial litigation matters involving securities, lending, energy, and real estate transactions, business torts, insurance, antitrust claims, construction projects, software licensing, defamation, and officer and director liability. He has taken these cases from the conception of claims and defenses, through preliminary hearings and trial, to the completion of appeals, in both state and federal courts. For a number of years, Mr. Grossman has represented the Oklahoma state high school athletic association, supervising investigations, hearings, and appeals before the association, defending the association in temporary injunction hearings in courts across the state, and handling expedited appeals to the State Supreme Court. He also has helped the association in developing administrative rules and policies aimed at minimizing disputes and litigation. Mr. Grossman has assisted clients in investigations and proceedings before state administrative agencies involving procurement and construction contracts, defended against class action complaints, and pursued suits challenging the constitutionality of state laws on taxes, education, and water resources use. He consciously has sought a highly varied practice, to develop the ability to represent clients effectively and efficiently in all types of proceedings. |
