Since joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Raskin has been involved primarily with patent litigations in the areas of internet and web-related software, handheld computers, and networking hardware and protocols. Mr. Raskin’s responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of such litigations including drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and preparation for Markman hearings and trial.
Mr. Raskin has been involved in trademark and copyright litigations, representing clients with respect to trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and copyright misappropriation.
Mr. Raskin has also counseled clients with respect to litigation, mediation, and due diligence. He has drafted opinions regarding patent validity and infringement in the areas of security systems, laboratory equipment, and lighting devices, among others. |
