Mr. McNulty was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2006 after serving as Xylos' Chief Financial Officer since 2000. During his tenure, Mr. McNulty raised several rounds of private equity financing, negotiated distribution and licensing arrangements, and completed asset sale transactions for two of the Company's business units. Prior to Xylos, he was Director of Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources at Exogen, Inc., a company focused on the non-invasive treatment of musculoskeletal injury and disease, which was acquired by Smith & Nephew, Inc. in 1999. Mr. McNulty also held financial positions of increasing responsibility, including Corporate Controller, at Osteotech, Inc., a worldwide leader in tissue technology. At both Exogen and Osteotech, he was directly involved in private placements, initial public offerings, and technology acquisition and licensing transactions. Mr. McNulty began his career at Johnson & Johnson, Inc. after graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University . He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management. |
