Mark Horoupian practices bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and business litigation. He represents a wide spectrum of participants in the insolvency process, including creditors, creditors' committees, debtors in possession and trustees. He has served as lead counsel on several successful chapter 11 reorganizations. Mr. Horoupian is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, Financial Lawyers Conference, the Armenian Bar Association, and Restructuring and Insolvency Professionals. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for St. Vincent s Hospital. Mr. Horoupian received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Horoupian also attended the University of San Diego Institute of International and Comparative Law in Paris, France. |
