Leads the organization as President. Mark launched his company in January of 2003. Prior to starting Endeavor Management Search Group, Inc., Mr. Gray was Sr. Partner and Vice President with Executive Referral Services, Inc. leading Chicago hospitality search firm for 12 years. Prior to this, Mr. Gray was a staff recruiter with Bryant Bureau, a specialty executive search firm based in Oakbrook, IL. Mark started up and managed a new hospitality division for this company. He has been in the recruitment and staffing industry since 1989. Mark has been in Middle Management and Corporate Staffing in Chicago for the last 15 years. During this time Mark has gotten to know most of the key players in the restaurant , lodging and retail industries. He is on a first name basis with key restaurant executives and operators in the restaurant and retail services industries.
