Mark S. Frank focuses his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on debtor and creditor rights, and contract litigation particularly involving restrictive covenants.
Mr. Frank, a graduate of Kenyon College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association; and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining Campbell & Levine, Mr. Frank served as the head litigation partner with the firm of Aderson, Frank & Steiner from 1977 until 2000. In that capacity Mr. Frank handled a broad range of civil litigation matters, ranging from complex commercial cases to personal injury matters. He now is a member of the litigation section of Campbell & Levine.
Admitted to the Bar in 1974, Pennsylvania, Mr. Frank is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania; U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. |
