Mr. Stauffer has been with Orion since 1999 and has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2004 and served as Secretary from 2004 until August 31, 2007. Mr. Stauffer served as our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President from 1999, when he joined us, to October 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. Stauffer served in various capacities at Coastal Towing, Inc. from 1986 to 1999, including Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Finance, Controller, Accounting Manager and Staff Accountant. Mr. Stauffer is a Certified Public Accountant. |
