Mark Chilson is a partner in the Cincinnati/Dayton office and is a member of the Bricker & Eckler health care group. His practice emphasizes institutional health care and health care litigation. In addition, he routinely represents insurers in subrogation cases, insurance coverage disputes, asbestos litigation, welding fume litigation and silica litigation.
