Mr. Clemente's clients have included Novartis, IBM, Aon Consulting, CMP Media, Aventis, MaynePharma, Forbes Special Publishing, Covance, Faulding Pharmaceuticals, Computer Sciences Corp., and Deloitte & Touche. He is the author of the international best-seller, Winning at Mergers & Acquisitions: The Guide to Market-Focused Planning and Integration (John Wiley & Sons), which was the first book to address the marketing and communication imperatives for effective M&A planning.
