His industry expertise includes but is not limited to automotive, consumer products and service companies. Mark’s product management experience includes inventory control, production, scrap, logistics and vendor management. He has successfully developed and implemented process changes for continuous improvement, performed numerous capability and capacity analyses, and has been extremely successful in defect reductions and quality process improvements. Within the service industry, Mark has a proven ability to ability to organize and implement successful management structures. His service improvement strategies encompass marketing, product development and cost reduction. Mark’s organizational skills have been valuable in a number of liquidation and business re-sourcing situations. His hands-on approach to problem solving and systems improvement has resulted in teams that continue to achieve maximum results long after his departure. Professional Experience Mark has held the positions of General Manager, Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and Material Manager within various industries. He has experience in large and small plastic injection molding, insert molding, extrusions and roll forming, multi color molding, rim molding, blow molding and numerous plastic coating applications. He also has experience in large and small metal forming, aluminum extrusion and die casting, steel and aluminum welding and forgings, small electric component assemblies, interior trim manufacturing and assemblies and large metal assemblies. Mark has also served as Project Manager for D-Bell Building Company. In this role he was responsible for job quoting, material acquisition, all employee related responsibilities, team management, general contractor interaction and quality inspections. |
