Mark L. Kuna was promoted to Vice President and Controller in February 2003. Mr. Kuna joined the Company in February 2001 as the Company's Controller. Prior to that time, Mr. Kuna was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the greater Philadelphia region with XO Communications since April 1998. Prior to joining XO Communications, Mr. Kuna was also Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Wedco Technology, Inc. since 1989 and was an accountant with Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Kuna received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. |
