Mark Carmen is a Managing Director at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. Mr. Carmen works in the New York office and is responsible for leading the aerospace effort and maintaining active coverage of several government services and homeland security clients. He joined Jefferies in 1995 and began working in aerospace and defense in 2001. During his 15+ years in investment banking, he has led dozens of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and public and private debt and equity financings and has significant deal experience in aerospace and defense, government services, homeland security and information technology. Previously, Mr. Carmen worked at Mabon Securities Corp., where he was responsible for financings and mergers and acquisitions in the health care services and IT sectors. Mr. Carmen received an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Brandeis University. |
