Mark Williams joins Epsen Fuller / IMD International Search Group with extensive global experience, having served in various senior leadership positions both at the operations and corporate human resources level in the healthcare, automotive, commercial real estate and defense technology industries. An expert in leadership and organizational development, Mark has spoken frequently on the subject of leadership to many companies and has been the featured speaker at forums over the years. Mark’s career includes senior level positions in a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, including: DRS Technologies, where he was most recently SVP, Human Resources, BMW North America and Nissan Motor Corporation, holding senior human resources roles, and in the healthcare field with Atlantic Health Systems, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Staten Island University Hospital. In addition, Mark maintained a private practice in psychotherapy and counseling for several years. All of this experience has given Mark a valued framework to execute high level search assignments across various disciplines and be a valued advisor to CEO’s looking to increase the value of human capital assets within their organization. Mark has hired many executives and has worked closely in managing search firms, bridging the key relationship between the hiring manager and team, the Board of Directors and the external search partner. Mark is a Board Member of the County College of Morris Foundation, and Lifespire, Inc., a New York City based not-for-profit engaged in serving the adult developmentally disabled population providing medical, vocational, residential and mental health services. Mark is former chairman of Human Capital Committees of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. He is also a founder and an active member of Freedom Riders Cycling Club, a long-distance cycling club sponsored by Epsen Fuller, dedicated to raising dollars for The Dana Farber Cancer Research Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Mark graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy and a Minor in Psychology; his graduate degree, M.S. in Social Work, was conferred by Columbia University in New York. Mark has pursued numerous post graduate training in leadership, counseling, executive coaching and human capital strategy. Mark, a former college football quarterback, is an avid cyclist, golfer, softball player and reader. Mark enjoys cooking, gardening and classical and liturgical music and lives in Mendham, New Jersey with his wife Karen and their four children |
