Mr. Tervalon assumed the role of Vice President of the Company and President of the Stoneridge Electronics Division in August of 2006. Mr. Tervalon joined the Company in 2002 as Vice President and General Manager of the Electronic Products Division and became Vice President and General Manager of the Stoneridge Electronics Group in 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tervalon served as Vice President and General Manager of Power One, Inc., a leading provider of energy efficient power conversion and power management solutions for multiple markets, from 1998 to 2002. In addition, Mr. Tervalon was employed at Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories for 12 years where he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations and product management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
