Mark joined Flint Creek Partners, LLC in July 2002. Previously, he was an Associate at Prudential Volpe Technology Group, a subsidiary of Prudential Securities' Investment Banking Group, where he worked on a number of technology and telecommunications engagements, including mergers and acquisitions and private and public financings. During his tenure at Prudential Volpe, Mr. Momongan helped raise over $400 million in public and private financings. Most recently, Mark was an Associate in the Chicago office of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, Inc., a middle-market investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, valuations and fairness opinions.
Mark began his career at Accenture and Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he developed, programmed and integrated software solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Mark earned his B.S. in Spanish from Georgetown University in 1993 and a M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School in 1999. He was the recipient of the John J. & Teresa Azrack Real Estate Scholarship in 1998 and holds NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
