Mark joined VIMAC in 1994 and has since led and participated in well over 35 rounds of venture financing. He is primarily responsible for the selection, management and exit of portfolio companies within VIMAC's portfolio of Information Technology and Communications companies. Prior to joining VIMAC, Mark was a senior member of the management team that engineered the successful turnaround of Dynapower/Sratopower, a division of General Signal. Earlier in his career, Mark held various senior positions in financial management at major investment institutions like Fidelity Management Trust Company, Leggat McCall Advisors, Inc., and Bank of Boston, where he gained significant expertise in applying technology to financial and accounting analystics and decision-making. Mark holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College and a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire. |
