Mr. Sutton's litigation practice focuses on negligence and general commercial cases, including product defense, defense of fiduciaries, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) cases, probate disputes, and appeals. He has litigated both personal injury and commercial product design and breach of warranty cases, as well as ERISA, pension, director liability, commission, insurance coverage and professional negligence cases, including actuarial and accounting-related malpractice.
