Mark H. Rigby leads the finance, tax and accounting activities of DTE Energy Services as well as its affiliate companies, DTE Biomass Energy and DTE Coal Services. His responsibilities include identification, valuation and execution of business opportunities, strategic planning, budgeting and financial reporting, arranging project debt and equity and risk management.
Since joining the Company in 1997, Mr. Rigby has been instrumental in growing DTE Energy Services' investments in the coal-based fuels, power generation and on-site energy business lines.
Prior to joining DTE Energy Services, Mr. Rigby was with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. where he held positions in international and project finance, business development, and financial analysis. While at Air Products, he arranged project finance facilities for domestic and international power and industrial gas projects. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rigby was a certified public accountant with the Washington, D.C. office of KPMG.
Mr. Rigby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from The Smeal College of Business Administration of The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration of The University of Virginia. |
