Mr. McGrath retired at the end of 2004 as a Director of McKinsey & Company a private firm offering management advisory services. Mr. McGrath joined McKinsey & Company in 1970 was elected a Principal in 1976 and a Director in 1980. At McKinsey & Company he launched and headed their Corporate Governance and Leadership Practice in 1992; chaired the Functional Capability Committee (the Firm’s R&D effort for functional topics such as operations marketing strategy and organization) in the mid-1990s; led their Americas’ Consumer Goods Practice over a seven year period; and was a longstanding member of the Firm’s Director Review Committee. Mr. McGrath currently serves as a Director of the Lincoln Park Zoo and is on the Advisory Council for the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. |
