Mark Magilow, a member of the Firm since 1970, counsels clients in small business acquisitions and sales and all aspects of real estate transactions. Named to Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate, his small business representation includes private investment placement memoranda and transaction structuring, including regulated financial enterprises.
