Mr. Foletta has served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since March 2006. Has previously served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since March 2000. Mr. Foletta previously served as a Principal of Triton Group Management, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. From 1986 to 1997, Mr. Foletta held a number of management positions with Intermark, Inc. and Triton Group Ltd., the most recent of which was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. From 1982 to 1986, Mr. Foletta was with Ernst & Young, most recently serving as an Audit Manager. He is a director of Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Foletta earned his B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Financial Executives Institute. |
