Mark E. Phillips is an attorney with Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C., specializing in complex litigation matters, including real estate and construction litigation, professional liability defense, employment practices defense, insurance coverage disputes, commercial contract disputes, complex litigation, and appellate proceedings. Mr. Phillips also has extensive litigation experience in construction site injury suits, premises liability actions, toxic tort cases and no-fault disputes (first and third-party claims). Mr. Phillips earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and he holds a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan.
