Mark has a diverse and extensive transactional practice. His corporate finance transactional work is primarily in the area of public and private securitizations of asset-backed securities, including preparing offering documents and registration statements, and negotiating and drafting related documents such as indentures, pooling agreements, servicing agreements, and underwriting agreements. He also represents public and private companies and underwriters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and reporting and compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Finally, Mark assists clients with general corporate, mortgage banking, real estate, and securities transactions.
